New authorization method added.

We have added Discord authorization in the panel.
Using it is simple
1 Join https://discord.gg/palplay
2 DM the bot https://discord.com/channels/@me/1545960397071188029
3 It will send you a code that you need to enter in the in-game chat (on the server palworld.ruslab.tech:8211)
4 After a successful entry, the bot will send you a one-time login link in Discord
5 From now on, just request a link from the bot to log in

In addition, we have added a reward system for players who increase their account validation level via steam/discord. When the conditions are met (activate steam via in-game chat and activate discrod via in-game chat), players will be rewarded with bonuses.
