Privacy and cookie policy

About this policy

Palplay keeps only what the player account and game-server link need. We do not ask players for a real name, address, phone number, or email address.

What is saved

• The login and nickname you create, without requiring your real name.
• A random internal visit ID plus your chosen language and theme.
• Your Steam ID after optional linking, and the game state needed by the panel: balance, orders, warehouse, and delivery.
• Internal acquisition analytics may briefly retain the IP address, referring page, time, opened path, browser, operating system, device type, language, time zone, and screen/viewport size. Analytics do not receive passwords, form contents, or promo-code values.

Why it is needed

To keep sign-in working, deliver purchases to the right player, stop repeated requests from charging twice, and find and fix errors.

Cookies and local storage

Palplay's own cookies remember sign-in, language, theme, and an internal visit ID. The site has no third-party advertising analytics.

Steam is used only to link the game account. We do not request email or payment information from Steam.

Google reCAPTCHA protects login, registration and promo-code activation from automated requests. When it loads, the browser contacts Google; the following apply: Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service.

When a player checks a voting reward, the linked Steam ID is sent to Palworld-Servers.com only to verify a recent vote and mark it as claimed.

Retention

Detailed visit history and IP addresses are retained for up to 30 days. Account linkage and panel game history remain while needed to operate the account or recover purchases.
